How does the "eRecovery" program work?
Monetary compensation for destroyed housing is guaranteed to citizens of Ukraine who are owners of damaged housing as a result of hostilities.

How much does the state compensate?
The amount of the payment is determined by a specially created commission in the following sequence:
Inspects the object and establishes the degree of damage to the housing.
Based on the assessment results, it determines the amount of the payment.
For which real estate objects is compensation for destroyed housing assigned and what can the funds received be spent on?
Compensation for destroyed housing is intended for various types of real estate, including single-family houses (including cottages, detached manor-type residential buildings, as well as block houses with separate apartments with individual entrances from the street), as well as for apartments (residential premises) in apartment buildings. The funds received can be used either to purchase goods under the "E-Reconstruction" program, or to order relevant services from construction companies.
In order to claim compensation for the restoration of your property damaged by military shelling and attacks, you must complete the following steps:
Get access to the "Diya" portal
Open the "eVidnovlennya" service and report damaged property on the "Diya" portal
Choose a participating bank, open an "eVidnovlennya" account
Fill out an application through the Diya portal
After all checks of your property, a special commission will contact you to assess the extent of the damage.
Receive confirmation of your request, and then the funds will be transferred to the "eVidnovlennya" card.
Please note that these funds must be used within 12 months from the date of receipt.
