Minor stripe unevenness is allowed in DN (day-night) fabrics. As the blind width increases, the likelihood of this feature increases — this is an acceptable manufacturing standard.
The shade of the fabric sample may slightly differ from the color of the finished blind — this is an acceptable manufacturer tolerance.
When rolled up, the fabric appears richer and darker than in the sample.
In category C fabrics (straw texture), stripes have different structures and geometry, therefore the bottom weight bar cannot be perfectly parallel.
In category F fabrics, folds do not have a uniform shape, therefore they cannot be parallel to the bottom weight bar!.
Category B fabrics may exhibit twisting and waviness on large sizes when cut lengthwise — this is a characteristic of the fabric texture, not a defect.

How to correctly measure a roller blind
The measurement must be taken with glazing beads, as shown in the image.
The measurement is taken along the external contour of the glazing beads (red lines).
Step 1. Measure the width
- Measure from the external edge of the left glazing bead to the external edge of the right glazing bead.
- Write down the measurement in millimeters.
Step 2. Measure the height
- Measure from the upper external edge of the glazing bead to the lower external edge of the glazing bead.
- Also record the measurement in millimeters.
Recommendation
Take measurements in three places and use the smallest value.
Step 3. Record the final dimensions and specify the control side
Recording format:
- Width x Height – Control side
- 580 x 1240 – left
- 620 x 1325 – right
The control mechanism must be located on the opposite side of the handle; otherwise, opening the window will be inconvenient.
Important
❗ Do not add or subtract millimeters.
❗ Measuring by the glass or by the frame is incorrect for this type of roller blind.
